Price: Total cost per person, based on double occupancy (includes all taxes, tips and entry fees) will be determined by July 1, 2022. Single room supplement is an additional cost to be determined by July 1, 2022. When possible, we will try to arrange for a roommate, if requested. A deposit of $500 is required at time of registration with it fully refundable if you choose not to join the tour after the price is posted. ALL WHO REGISTER BEFORE THE TOUR PRICE IS POSTED CAN CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION AND HAVE THE FULL $500 REFUNDED IF THEY DECIDE NOT TO GO AFTER THE TOUR PRICE IS POSTED. After the posting of the tour price, $100 of the initial $500 deposit is non-refundable. $2,000 is due by check no later than January 15, 2023 and the balance of payment is to be paid by check on or before March 1, 2023.
