TOUR PRICE: Total cost (will be listed soon) per person, based on double occupancy (includes all taxes, tips and entry fees). Single room supplement is an additional $1200, if available. When possible, we will try to arrange for a roommate, if requested. A deposit of $633 is required at time of registration to reserve your trip of a lifetime. $1,200.00 is to be paid by check on or before May 19, 2023. Balance of payment ($2,500) is to be paid by check on or before August 1, 2023. NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE: 1) Optional Travel Insurance Program; 2) Miscellaneous fees such as individual Transfers; Passports Laundry, Beverages at Meals; Excess Baggage and Items of a Personal Nature; 3) Fuel surcharge which may be imposed by airlines (paid by passengers). TRANSPORTATION: Includes round trip airfare from Newark Airport in NJ to Ben Gurion Airport in Israel. Departure taxes in both the U.S. and Israel are included. Optional domestic connections to JFK from your choice of airport can be arranged at an additional cost. Beside the ease and convenience, this would allow for the domestic flights to be covered by the optional “Travel Protection Plan” if you choose to purchase it. Deluxe sight-seeing, air conditioned motor coaches will comfortably guide us throughout Israel. ACCOMMODATIONS: First class deluxe hotels in Caesarea by the Mediterranean Sea, Tiberius by the Sea of Galilee, and in Jerusalem, the epicenter of the world. MEAL PLAN: Includes Israel’s famous buffet breakfast each morning and a fabulous full course dinner in the hotels. A special farewell dinner is provided at a nice restaurant on our last night in Israel. All lunches are optional (about $12 to $15). There will be a charge for soft drinks.TRAVEL PROTECTION: Optional travel protection is not required, but highly recommended. Contact Jewish Awareness Ministries for details. LUGGAGE: One suitcase for check-in and one carry-on and one personal item per person is allowed. Make sure to check with the airline carrier as to their carry-on policy.. If you have a passport, please have it available when registering. NO VISA OR INOCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR U.S. CITIZENS.HEALTH DISCLAIMER FOR TRAVEL: Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites in Israel are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing wheelchairs, oxygen, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting in their experiences. CHANGES: When a written request to change the standard program is approved by our travel agency, a minimum of $100 per person, per change will be charged. Transfers for such passengers are not included in the program price and are solely the responsibility of the passenger. CANCELLATION FEES: 100% of cancellation fees are covered by the optional Travel Insurance Program provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. Those who do not take insurance should be aware of the cancellation penalties: From day of registration to 90 days prior to departure, you will be charged an $100 non-refundable administrative fee. Thereafter, you will be charged any airline penalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single. The following charges also apply; 30 days to day of departure = 100% of total cost. Cancellation request must be submitted in writing to Jewish Awareness Ministries. AIRLINE TICKETS: Once purchased, airline tickets cannot be changed or refunded. ITINERARY LENGTH: Your flight times are subject to change without advanced notice. Jewish Awareness is not responsible for changes and delays in airline schedules and does not reimburse passengers for expenses resulting from delays. If airline(s) change flight schedules, Jewish Awareness Ministries reserves the right to lengthen or shorten the itinerary accordingly, and whenever possible, you will be notified in writing. If changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged (per night) $200, single rooms $250. Jewish Awareness Ministries has the right to change the daily schedule of the tour at their discretion. STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY: Except for the willful negligence of its direct employees, the tour operator assumes no liability or responsibility for any injuries, inconveniences, illness, irregularity or incidental damages occasioned by circumstances beyond the control of tour operator, or by any person or reason whatsoever, including but not limited to events such as strikes, revolts, wars, natural disasters, closures of airports or hotels, default or omission of any common or private carrier or the default, negligence, or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities related to or included in this tour or any part thereof, or in arranging for the same, or the acts or omissions of the Tour Host(ess).
